Long title, painfully I suppose.

My point in today’s blog is that you can sense right away when someone is not “into” their work. It’s written all over their faces, actions, and their production suffers as a result. You can sense it in their LinkedIn profile, and it is not pleasant.

Others who truly pour themselves and their love into their work, use vocabulary that shows their dedication and motivation. Their work takes your breath away, in the best way, not snuffing out your lungs in a frontal crush; rather, extending nuanced nectars and softened scents with flowery fragrances that you have to stop and appreciate. Like smelling the proverbial roses in a LinkedIn profile, elating you and elevating them. If they like what they sense from you, they will engage with you.

How does your LinkedIn profile come across? Snuffed or scented?
