Q: Marc, I love what {name} did with this promo of my interview on their podcast but I can’t share it on LinkedIn. Is there any way to repost without sending it to each person individually?
A: Sure! Either of 2 methods come to mind and it’s your choice how much or little to add of your own comments in each method.
Either way, I always advise going that extra step, giving marketing oomph to your post: like the backstory about how you met, or thanking them and adding to their comments about what the opportunity meant to you, or reemphasizing the most important take-away point you want the reader to want to know, etc., or all of the above. Add your own personality and the marketing magic comes along with it.
Method 1
Grab the URL for their post and insert it into your original post with your comments “So pleased to have been a guest on…” by:
a) finding and opening their post on their Activity section of their profile page,
b) click the three horizontal dots at the top right corner of the post, and
c) select “copy link to post.” And create your own post, and in doing so (see attached graphic directly below) click the downward arrow to select the audience from the dropdown: everyone on LinkedIn: your connections (probably best for maximum value since your connections recognize your value best) or certain LinkedIn groups

OR
Method 2
Repost it with your comments (much better IMHO with, than without, comments): see the graphic attached below for this method.

I hope that helps and I appreciate your asking!
Sharing your news, educational tips, your insights, or your original thoughts is the best care you can offer your connections and they will appreciate you!
