It’s happened to me, a lot, and it stinks.
You are writing a post or Newsletter article or a short Community Voice contribution on LinkedIn and submit it.
The next thing you see is an error message to refresh your screen but notice your written piece is totally missing or cut short. You want to submit it again, but where’s the rest of it?
Cue that stomach on the floor feeling.
Pick up that stomach and do this-always-as I have learned the hard way:
Write everything on Word (don’t forget to have Word review it in Editor including spell-check), copy it, then paste into LinkedIn.
No more swearing needed.
If LinkedIn mangles it, the original is on your screen in Word to save and add another time or another day, when the LinkedIn gremlins are asleep or not paying attention.
And the gremlins thought they could mess with you! Ha!
