Have a tech issue on LinkedIn?
First you can find an answer in the Help Center. See that little round picture of you at the top right of any LinkedIn page? Click it and select “Help” from the dropdown menu and then using human language, type in a few key words for the FAQ Fairy to help you find your answer. Hope that works.
It didn’t?
OK, if you are still on Twitter or X now, send a message to @LinkedInHelpto get a human involved. They are really good.
Or if you left Twitter because you have a philosophical difference with the owner (like I do!), you have to go through a few extra steps to get their help and this page from the LinkedIn Help Center tells all. Keep climbing to the top of the Help ladder to get energetic human help because your first interaction may be inanimate.
But isn’t that the way of the world today? I warned you.
