You know the finger gesture with your two first fingers from your eyes, then both fingers aimed at the person you are watching, right?

Well, anyone can come along and land on your LinkedIn profile and follow you (like their fingers suggesting they are watching you) but they will only see your posts if the algorithm allows them.
