It’s summer. It’s hot. Sticky. Not moving fast.

I was sweating out a theme for today.

But what? Flash! A short exhortation to you, dear reader:

Be you. Isn’t that hard?

Not AI speaking for you. Isn’t that too easy?

Nothing worthwhile comes easy.

So sweat a little to add some value to help others.

Be uncomfortable with your same old-same old.

Add value that others never expected and make them think, shake, sweat.

Shaking it up here, I realize I am saying some things that are hard to express and difficult to lead by example.

But necessary, even in 90-degree heat with 95% humidity (as this is written).

I’ll be me. Count on that to add to your inner thinking.

You be you. I’ll be watching and thinking, “they did it better with some elbow grease!”
