Lying awake at 3am one night, TV on, an ad for a soft drink flashed its hook: $36 for 36 bottles.”
Then a second later, “That’s $1 a bottle!”
Really?
I may be dim that late at night but I got the point, because even if I didn’t get their message the first time, that the drink is inexpensive, I certainly got it the second.
And it stuck.
Enough for me to blog about it.
My moral?
a) Tell your LinkedIn reader the same message a couple of times, in different words, and it will stick.
b) Say your why and how that differentiates you, thematically, in different sections of LinkedIn so they cannot miss your intended message.
c) (Like I just did.)
Maybe it will even resonate enough for them to contact you.
