“Summertime and the living is easy” so the song goes.
But with war, inflation, political monkeybusiness, gas prices, and any of a number of other challenges, this summer will better than last, but far from easy, from my perspective.
I usually use summer to catch up on reading wherever I am relaxing and whatever I am sipping. Like the guy in the picture above, which for the record is NOT me.
May I suggest 2 seminal books I find useful in my coaching clients? And 1 I wrote if I may be so bold?
- “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek
- “The Start-up of You” by Reid Hoffman
- “LinkedIn Marketing Techniques for Law and Professional Practices” by yours truly
All are available wherever you get your reading material, in any format.
Then with one toe in the water and a mind thirsty to soak up new concepts, your summer just got more rewarding while becoming a bronzed god or goddess.
See, that was part of the summer was easy, right?
(Bogger’s note: There will be no blog post tomorrow or next Monday for the long Memorial day holiday weekend.)
