Here we go, it’s that time of the year again, the pundits of the LinkedIn algo cult tells us what we need to do on LinkedIn to command more attention.
I demur.
Again.
Feeding the monster is not the goal here, IMHO. Shouldn’t we be more attentive to adding realistic, insightful thought and ideas to the global professional water cooler we call LinkedIn?
You may not agree, and that’s fine.
Ask Don Quixote how successfully he was at “tilting,” i.e., spearing windmill sails. Likewise, the imaginary giant algo eats into our brain cells. I’d rather you use those same cells and add to the intellectual conversations we enter into every day.
