Sometimes we are so wrapped up with misconceived perceptions we think others have of us that we get stuck and crawl under our own rocks.
Coaches work extremely hard to help clients get out from under themselves, dispelling the toxic myths we weave into a cocoon around our personas.
I know I see that inability to thrive as a result of frustration which is interpreted as something wrong with yourself, and the resulting unhealthy mental and physical habits that bears. But I say climb up and out from under yourself, tell your story in your own words and be sure you can add value to the story with what you learned as a result.
Think openly and freely to dispel any fears or small ideas that Seth Godin calls the small lizard voice in the back of your head.
Try it on a small scale and let it lift you a bit, repeat for a next larger issue and the lift becomes airborne elation, only when you get out from under, to above and aside, yourself.
