March 1.
Proverbially, March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb.
I wonder: does that take into effect global warming? I doubt it.
How do you approach a new project?
Me: with gusto to start and enthusiastic. Then when I find my footing, I make slight adjustments in the midst of the project to adapt to the newfound facts. No loss of exuberance, just metered differently than I had originally imagined, playing to an audience I am getting to know better. Never one size fits all, ever!
I am in talks to adapt my group training course to an online version for a colleague’s online corporate training platform.
I am in discussions to offer a session on LinkedIn for baby-boomer-lawyers at a bar association to ramp up their more mature members’ adapting LinkedIn’s benefits to portray the wealth of their personal career branding.
I am in the midst of another co-collaboration with a colleague I have admired for 20+ years to jointly present in the spring on self-actualizing verbal impression.
Me: another animal, perhaps, like a shark, always in forward motion, never sideways or in reverse. Each project brings me energy, knowing I have to adjust and move it upward, forward one peg at a time.
Never out like a lamb, just a more enlightened lion.
Same for you? How?
