We are all replaceable, to our clients, to our vendors, to our colleagues, except in our minds, in our solo businesses.

So if you fumble, get sick, or hurt (as I found out a long time ago when I broke my leg in an accident), or want to go away, who is there for you?

Your vendors have customer service, but do they really substitute for your TLC?

Your partner, your delegees, your employees, your virtual assistant: do they partner with you, do they assist, like you would?

Do you show all ways to contact you, JIC? Are you speedy in responding? Do you follow up to ensure the issue was remedied?

In the long game of solo business, our personal brand, our individual reliability, our sterling reputation are on the line, in everything we do, is done for us, or is done to us.

So I ask you, is your brand clear and memorable in your work, in your LinkedIn profile, in your posts and comments, in all you do?
