Be on time. Scratch that, be early.

Be well-dressed, one notch above the common denominator, outwardly respecting others so they respect you.

Be truthful in your statements. Half-truths are always discovered and seldom fully rectified without that nagging feeling the disingenuous one can ever be trusted again.

Be earnest in your efforts. We will recognize how you got to where you are, from your start to today. And into tomorrow.

Be careful. If you screw up, admit it, fix it, and learn from it. And find a way to help others to avoid the same outcome through education and advice.

Be successful. Glow inwardly. Tell us so we can smile with you, but not what you gained, but why it’s important to you. And to us. Then we all benefit.

Be generous, Give at least 51% because few give 49% anymore. It will be noticed.

Be reliable. Be where you say you will be, ready and prepared, at the appointed time.

Be prompt. Never leave someone hanging on, because they will not wait for you and resent the wasted time and effort.

Be real. If you say you will do something, do it, well. If you say you cannot do something, give intelligible reasons why, with one or more alternatives to arrive at nearly the same destination.

Be flexible, but do not tie yourself into knots that make you look “easy.” That’s not how you want to appear; rather, be confidently consultative.

Just be. Be professional, much like being charismatic: the recipient gets a sense that is not describable, but is felt subconsciously and universally admired. Referred too.

Be your best, expectedly better than the rest, and since no one is their best without demonstrating they put in the effort, show that you invested time, sweat, and brain cells that make you every day, well, the real you.

Be a leader in all aspects that you can be helpful. And then some, as you grow.

Be amazing-er, to quote a LinkedIn nerd.
