I always try to add an italicized call to action or ponderous rhetorical question at the end of each blog post.
Each time I ask you for a comment back or an opinion from my readers, I usually hear crickets. Or one or two of you chirp back.
Let’s see who is reading today. Can you hear me? Could you please tell me why you read me here?
Can you suggest topics for me to cover?
Why do you take the time to read me? Could you take a bit more time and respond? Please?
This is a test….what I am hoping is to start you in a healthy habit of communicating with me, and your fellow readers, but that will be up to you.
Please share this nugget with others:

I read this post because I know you and you always add value in everything you do. Your insights regarding LinkedIn and general positive behavior that people should exhibit are valuable.
Hi Marc,
I try to read you every day because I often pick up interesting tips, tidbits or points of view that are interesting or could help me in the future. Thanks for taking the time and thought to post almost every day.
Hi Marc, yes, I do read you! I’m sure many others are “lurkers” watching, reading and hopefully absorbing your words. I hope you keep up this valuable resource and don’t get discouraged if you don’t hear from your readers. They are out there.
Hi Marc — Yes I do read your posts — often with a backlog as I dig through the volume of email received every day — but with the benefit of knowing that much of what you share is timeless and evergreen and valuable even if read and considered days/weeks/months after it’s posted.
Wow David, your comment makes it all worthwhile. Now almost 3300 posts behind me! Thanks so much!
Marc
