OhK, I am twisting it, you know that old saying there is no “I” in TEAM.

Well there is an “I’ (and hopefully many!) in my coaching clients as we form a small team improving their LinkedIn profile. I strongly suggest you use that pronoun as the subject of every sentence you tell about yourself. And toss in “my, “me,” and “mine.”

To that add power verbs, some selected here, after that “I” as if you are making a presentation to a Board of Directors. Assertive, assured, amplifying your skills and experience.

Then you will express a few cogent observations of your own, and hear the  many “Oh!s” you deserve, as a result of what you improved, emerging self-reliant and self-descriptive to richly relate your career narrative to visitors at your profile.

I + Oh! = You
