Following on yesterday’s comic strip, I am amazed at how odd this ,is but it’s true!
Use Twitter to get LinkedIn Help’s attention (!) when:
- you are a free user of LinkedIn,
- you are truly stuck, and
- searching Linkedin Help is not providing you the guidance you need.
Postscript: The good folks at LinkedIn Help messaged me to say “Hi Marc! While we do have a Twitter page for support, you can also reach out to us for help by InMails or http://lnkd.in/LI. Let us know how we can help!”
So it seems they are watching and offering.
