Following on yesterday’s comic strip, I am amazed at how odd this ,is but it’s true!

Use Twitter to get LinkedIn Help’s attention (!) when:

  • you are a free user of LinkedIn,
  • you are truly stuck, and
  • searching Linkedin Help is not providing you the guidance you need.

Postscript: The good folks at LinkedIn Help messaged me to say “Hi Marc! While we do have a Twitter page for support, you can also reach out to us for help by InMails or Let us know how we can help!”

So it seems they are watching and offering.
