This blog post is a short one. I have thought about posting something on LinkedIn’s new Open Candidates option. Basically it allows you to self-identify as a job seeker without anyone (your boss and colleagues included!) knowing. It signals to recruiters who subscribe to LinkedIn Recruiter premium service that you have tossed your hat into the “I’ll consider making a change ring.” No one else knows.
