Typos can be (mostly) fixed with Word. Warning: Word is not perfect.
Grammar can be fixed with an add-on to your Microsoft Office suite called Grammarly. Or with a fresh reading out loud. If you stumble as you read it out loud, it’s not easy to understand and needs more work.
In all you do, place the reader in the right comfort zone of you as a worthy colleague.
