This is a 5-part series of my quickest suggestions for becoming a LinkedIn star.
Of course, this presupposes you have been taking my advice in this blog all along (have you?)!
Number Two: Invest your LinkedIn time wisely
Set aside a certain amount of time each day to “work” LinkedIn. Be consistent in doing this.
If you have time between appointments, stop off in a neutral spot and get on your mobile device to review Linkedin for your incoming messages, connection requests, articles worthy of sharing, etc. Whatever whenever you can, even for just a few minutes.
Manage the time you spend doing this. Some people use a timer or other external device.
Tighten your profile. Contribute. Seek help, keep looking for connections.
Blip on your connections’ radar screen, often, or (yikes!) be forgotten.
Tomorrow, Number Three: “Show your profile URL in marketing materials”
