No one loves sending out invoices, and few like receiving them.

I wish I didn’t have to invoice (and some agreed for me NOT to invoice them as it’s thughe same amount every first of the month), but when I do so, it’s an electronic invoice in which I thank them for their business electronically, and a debit to the client bank account electronically.

Yes, it’s time-consuming, but more efficient, and certainly greener, this way.

Some of my clients even email to thank me back for the business we do.

Yes, you read that correctly.

That’s the type of clients I have and nurture. We respect each other’s professionalism and appreciate the work that each other does.
