In a word: self-definition on #LinkedIn

It’s hard to talk about yourself (see this piece I forwarded  to my connections on LinkedIn), even harder to boil yourself down to a 120-character phrase (your LinkedIn headline).

But it’s even harder to teach the world about you in a single word. Seth Godin’s blog posting this past Sunday gets to why a one-word tag is important and how to carefully choose the one(s) you demonstrate to the world WHY YOU.

I use “multipreneur.”

It is the second iteration of my one-word tag. I am told it says a lot about me and generates interest. It sticks.
