It’s always a pleasure to hear from someone, in this case, 4 1/2 years later. I was just invited to speak to her firm after not being in regular touch since we met in May 2009.
How did I know when we met?
I looked on her LinkedIn profile and clicked the Relationship tab. That tells you when I connected to her.
If I had added notes on how we met or other info, that valuable data would appear in this area as well, in essence a CRM function that LinkedIn provides.
Now you know.
I am very pleased to report that this has turned into a piece of business and I shall be teaching her company Linkedin in March at their off-site management meeting. You never know…
