Not secure in your expertise as being marketable, buyable, referrable? Jump into the LinkedIn pool and tell us why you are the only person to be considered, or at least on their short list for consideration. The rest is up to you to rise to the top and win.
Surround yourself with enthusiastic colleagues. Dare to add new connections who can elevate you in your won mind’s eye, and those of others by association. Offer to co-present, co-author, co-collaborate with them. They will be flattered and will accept your admiring offer. If not, keep hunting.
