I am Marc with a “c.”
On LinkedIn there are 5 of us spelling our names with a “c” and 11 spelling their names with a “k.”
I often receive a message on LinkedIn spelling my name wrong. No big deal, I’ve endured this for a long time. I will ask them to keep in mind how I spell Marc.
The only time I get sensitive is when I get a recommendation and then I request an editing change.
So when I saw this graphic I had to chuckle.
Don’t lose the limited attention spans of others by allowing spelling errors.
Overall, avoid typos in all language, spelling correctly, pleas.
