Sometimes change is good and if you have been watching LinkedIn long enough you have seen it change often. Very often.
Well, it just changed again. This time it’s the inbox. For the record, mine hasn’t changed yet but may do so soon.
If yours hasn’t either, here’s what you can look forward to:
- The pictures of the sender of inbound LinkedIn mail are larger.
- You can see the top few lines of the message and browse before you read the whole thing. This allows you to prioritize which message to read next.
- And finally, the messages navigation bar has moved entirely to the left side.
So “big deal,” you say. Bigger deal, I say, is that LinkedIn is tweaking continuously and self-improving. Some are good changes and others are not. But count on more changes in the future; many will likely be more dramatic.
