Buried in a recent LinkedIn blog post, foretelling the future changes in January, there is now a link to contact LinkedIn.
I was intrigued, as it used to be easy, and pretty effective, to electronically chat with a human there. If you had a follow-up question, you could ask the same person.
Then they changed it so that it became much harder without going through all sorts of hoops.
Happily, now it seems to be getting smarter and easier to ask them a question.
