You probably already know I am focussing on LinkedIn for baby boomers (born between 1946 and 1964) in my niche work for 2019.
In 2017 I “niched” out lawyers and professional practitioners with my book.
In 2018 it was nonprofit professionals with another book.
This year as I write the online course (not a book this time), in my effort to make each screen more physically attractive and to make my point with a graphic, I am running short of (free) sources of photos of people with gray hair.
Either they are 20 year olds with their hair deliberately dyed gray (!) or they are white-haired octogenarians with teeth missing. Not much in between (not referring to the teeth but the age brackets).
So if you are looking for an encore career, I just gave you a business idea to fill an invisible gap in online photos, so go plug it and defy photo modelling ageism! Be unique.
You can thank me later…
