Today is a “why” day for a number of reasons.
One was the fact that I was promised a call at 600 am today from a service provider’s customer service team (notice “service” twice)…which never materialized.
Why would they promise, fail to provide, and then make me contact them to purchase their service?
Why would I want to do business with them?
This evening ends with a book discussion of Simon Sinek’s book “Start with Why” at the public library’s business book club.
I anticipate very robust discussion with the attendees, otherwise I will have to wonder to myself “why” I expect others to provide the level of client-centric service I strive to attain for my clients.
