Death is a part of life, we all know, and I previously covered this a few years ago on this blog; but as I experienced this weekend, I thought it a good time to repeat this for others’ use when needed.
Please be realistic and practical enough to accept that the LinkedIn profile of the deceased should be removed.
LinkedIn has an online procedure for removal of a member due to death. It can be found here. It makes sense. I am told it is handled fairly quickly.
