Do better than showing zero talent on your LinkedIn profile.
Your competitor is probably showing zero talent by copying and pasting a resume to the LinkedIn profile.
You should, and can, and have to (!) show more than they do.
Then you stand out and demonstrate why you do what you do.
Very important advice.
Interesting also in that your comments also apply to ANY (emphasis added) profile. This includes one’s website, any other profiles one maintains (think profiles on any networking group’s site, Facebook. etc.). I often prefer to write in third person but for self-promotion, first person comes off more welcoming.
