ou know how to show your past; we all have written resumes all our careers. They capsulize what accomplishments we achieved (past tense). But it stops there.
Here’s a hint on making your past reflect on who you are today and where you would like to go: verbalize this on your personal LinkedIn profile.
A resume is frozen in time. Your LinkedIn profile changes dynamically with every update you make. And since only you can make an update, so the onus is on you.
Use the past to show what values you emulate today, and how those values will drive your future. Are you ascending?
